Puzzle games are a great way to keep your cat entertained when you’re busy or away. German pet product company Trixie has several great puzzle games for cats, including the Trixie Solitaire Game for Cats. Fill each compartment of the solitaire game with your cat’s favorite treats. Cats will uncover the hidden rewards by removing the domes from the board. Each dome has a small hole in the top to stimulate your cat’s sense of smell. Vary the number and placement of treats to keep your cat challenged and curious. The solitaire game comes with an instructional booklet with tips and tricks to stimulate your cat’s sense of curiosity through play.

Thinking very strongly about getting one of these — it looks like a lot of fun!
My completely adorable rescue kitties have below-average or average dexterity, and are fairly clever but not brain trusts by any means.
This treat game would be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too easy for them.
Looks like beginnersville to me, although of very high quality.
We prefer treat balls and treat mazes at our house.
My kitties have this. It’s amazing how each cat takes to it. There is a learning curve for ‘not-so-smart’ cats. The instructions come in the box. I have three cats. One could care less about the food under the balls, she is never motivated by food. The second one is a riot to watch, she loves to hunt for the treats. The third, who just joined us after 4 years in a foster home needs to be taught how to ‘hunt’ for food. I have been working with him when he is hungry and using especially tasty treats. This is the coolest puzzle toy invented for cats.
Oh I like that – can I get some wholesale for here in Australia?
This is exactly what cats need, especially when they are stuck home alone. This puzzle game should delight all kitties who care about treats and fun.
My cat would work this out in 1 minute flat… would’nt keep him interested for very long at all. Would be good if the ball that he knocks over had treats inside too which he has to get out.
The domes seem very easy to take off looking at the video, and my cats would knock off the balls and the treats would be gone in 2 minutes.
