Designer Spase Janevski used 3-D modeling tools to envision this fabulous multi-function cat climbing wall. Not available for sale, this concept shows various levels of climbing and lounging platforms integrated with storage and vertical scratching surfaces. I would love to see this become a real product!
You can follow Spase via his online portfolio at Behance.net. I hope to see more elegant cat furniture from this promising young designer!
How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I absolutely MUST have one of these in white :)♥)
This is TOO AWESOME!!! I have a couple of climbers and this is perfect for them..
Oh my gosh! This would be so purr-fect with my mid-century modern decor. It’s pretty enough for the living room.
WOW!
Our family would be more than glad to test this system 😉
This is beautiful. I do see what could be a logistical issue when the cat tries to jump from the sleeping box to that upper closed cabinet. The cubby that hangs over the sleeping box comes out too far for the cat to make a clean jump leaving the cat to have to claw his way up and make a very steep head first jump down. I don’t really see how they’d get down based on the arrows. Requires some minor tweeking, but it really is stunning.
Wait. I see from the side that it’s not very deep in those two areas. Perfect as is.
U were right in first statement! to get to the top of the scraching box would be a problem. So some tweking needsdone. Otherwies awesome 🙂
I think this is paws down THE coolest cat climber I have ever seen!!! I can’t believe how attractive it is and how many kitties it will hold AND all the different possible configurations! This is absolutely pawsome, kittytastic and just plain outrageous!! I love it! Too bad it won’t hold me too (MOL!!).
Two words:
IKEA hack
What my kitties wouldn’t give for this. And of course, since they get what they want, I want it too.
Love it. Sign me up I would like one as shown.
This is just truly beautiful, functional, and just plain AWESOME!
This is the best ever!
Stunningly cool! Especially useful for small spaces and chic inhabitants. Great comments about cat kinetics; I was so stunned by the aesthetics I hasn’t thought to look at feasibility for the cats. Thanks.
WOW! I want this
I like the look of it and many of the ideas, like the cabinet with a scratching surface on the side, but I think some of my older cats would have trouble making some of the moves as pictured.
I’d make the feeding cabinet a little lower and add another step up to the drawer unit. I’d also move the sleeping unit left, to give more room for accessing the scratching surface on the cabinet.
Definitely on the right track, through!
Holy cat!! Now THAT is top of the line. The cost would be beyond our reach…but it would be great for a rescue with free roaming environment!!Hope they decide to make it into a product that can be purchased on line.
