Designer Emily Wettstein made this gorgeous dining table using a slab of reclaimed walnut and she included a planter down the center with cat grass for her handsome kitty, Mr. Baby Dennis. Lucky cat!

What a great recycle job! We have one of those old redwood plank picnic tables that would be perfect for the purpose 😉
Very cool! Beautiful and functional. I actually know a source for beautiful, bark-sided walnut slabs. I will have to get my own creativity flowing and see what I can come up with for my own cats.
A beautiful and creative piece of art. Gorgeous.
Love it! Definitely would/will have something like this in my next Sunny place!
So artsy! I love it! This would make a great idea for a window shelf too. Grass would get a light source, and kitty could hide behind it (or get the feeling of hiding behind it) so they could watch the birds outside.
