If you haven’t seen it yet, make sure to watch this wonderful video interview with Greg Kreuger showcasing his incredibly Catified home! Greg lives in Minnesota with his four very lucky cats and has been working on the intricate catwalks and passageways that run throughout his home for over 15 years. It’s really incredible, and so is Greg!
Greg has been diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome, a form of autism that he considers to be a blessing because it gives him the kind of focus he needs to work on projects like this.
The details in Greg’s home are really outstanding, from cat- and bird-shaped wall passages to the tiny railings running along the catwalks. He even has special lighting in all the little hideaway areas. Fabulous!
Make sure to watch the video to see his whole house. There’s a part where he touches the gravestones of all his cats who have passed that is so touching it brought a tear to my eye.

Wow! I wish I had even a tenth of his talent. My cats have to make do with what I can make or buy, and it looks nothing like that. That is just fantastic. That is one lucky, happy family.
Love it!
They ARE family! Beautiful photos and wonderful video — wish there were a lot more people like Greg Kreuger on this earth! Long may he and his gorgeous feline family thrive and enjoy their home — I also like that it’s in MN and he has it furnishd in the Early American/folk/crafts style, so appropriate.
What a wonderful and creative Cat Haven, and a truly talented and loving soul!
That is truly beautiful and I’m glad for him that his animal companions mean so much to him. The headstones for his cats that passed really got to me. I know how he feels. My cat, Saki, sits in her Cat urn right here on my desk with me. I’ve even gone so far as to order her a sterling silver Egyptian Cartouche with her name in Hieroglyphics to adorn her urn. I can’t wait for it to get here! <3
this is just awesome. God bless him for loving his cats so much.
