I don’t know anyone that needs a poop scooper for $30.00……I can find one for $2.00 or less new and much less at a thrift store. As a senior on a very low fixed income I already spend lots of money to see that my kitties are fed healthy which is so much more important. Lots of the items that are advertised on Hauspanther are ridiculously expensive…..but this one while not the most expensive could possibly be the most ridiculous.
I’ve got to chime in my agreement, and I glad to see someone else coming out and saying what I was thinking about the price point on this scoop. I love Hauspanther, and Kate does such a great job of gathering info about the range of cool and helpful products out there for our Modern Cats. Some fit my budget, others do not and that’s perfectly fine….and, certainly, Maison La Queue has done a very nice job on the design of this piece. Love it! When I started reading this feature on it, I thought, this is perfect, I’m going to order one right now, and I thought how clever that they seemed to follow the idea of the same way my toilet brush is designed to stand in a sleek matching holder ….but then, I saw the price and was truly flabbergasted. If the price drops down about 60%, I’d be a customer, but personally, that’s my threshold for this molded plastic item.
