The folks over at Pet Lifestyle and You just designed a new line of cat mats that are some of the best we’ve seen! The P.L.A.Y. Chill Pads are luxurious, cushiony mats that kitties love to curl up on. Place them around the house to keep cat fur contained and throw them in the washing machine when they need a touchup.
There are two different types of Chill Pads available. First, the standard Chill Pads come in six solid colors with a plush vonnel top layer and faux suede on the bottom. These pads are OEKO-TEX® Certified, which means they are tested for over 100 harmful substances like carcinogenic colorants, formaldehyde and allergenic dyes. With this certification, the product is tested to the very last strand of thread, which means you can sleep easy knowing that this textile is 100% non-toxic, 100% certified safe, and 100% quality assured.
In addition to the regular Chill Pads, there is also a line of Designer Chill Pads with stylish prints to compliment your decor. The designer chill pads don’t have the same certification as the standard pads, since they use a different fabric, but they are top quality and also machine washable.
Both the standard and designer Chill Pads are stuffed with Eco-friendly PlanetFill® fiber made from 100% post-consumer certified-safe recycled plastic bottles.
Chill Pads come in five sizes ranging from extra small measuring 20″ x 15″ to extra large measuring 42″ x 28″. Andy (who weighs about 10 lbs.) is modeling the extra small and small sizes below.
The Chill Pads and Designer Chill Pads are both available from the Hauspanther online shop for $39 to $99 including shipping to addresses in the continental US.
These are beautiful, stylish, comfortable and wonderfully safe! I also love this type of mat because I don’t want electrical hazards around my cats.
Awesome products at that company. We bought a snuggle bed last year, and then bought a second one since we were so impressed. Their stuff takes a beating and still looks great. The cats love their beds. I’ll be buying one of these as well!
These look absolutely luxurious, if it was big enough, my cats might need to fight me in order to use it. 🙂
