It is far too expensive. I could make something similar for $50 or less.
I have to admit that I was interested in one at the kickstarter price, but well over $165 is to much for that (IMHO). But it is a different take on a scratcher, hope they succeed!

I am a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. We discovered a serious flaw in the plastic cone part and reported it. The company’s response has been repeated requests for more and more pictures. Nothing else. A professional company would have by now sent a new plastic cone part and solved the problem. Instead we have been treated like employees rather than customers. i I do not recommend this product to anyone.

Hi Patricia, We still very much want to help get your issue fixed, but we do need to see at least one photo of your issue in order to help you. If the issue is not the plastic itself, but what’s under the plastic, a new plastic shell will not help fix your issue. With just a few photos of your problem I think we can fix your issue quickly. Of course if you do have any kind of manufacturing defects, we will send replacement parts immediately. I will follow up with you directly via email as well.
