You can make these cute paper cats with this fun kit! It includes all the supplies you need to make twelve cats, each measuring approximately 5″ x 7″ when assembled. The kit comes with pre-cut paper shapes, foam squares, baker’s twine and templates, you supply scissors, a glue stick, 1/4″ hole punch, a pencil and a marker or pen. You can string the cats together to create a garland or use them as place cards or decorations for a party!

I don’t know if this qualifies for your list of elegance, but American Science and Surplus has cat stuff, some of it cat kits.
Bought 2 cat packs and 1 tree pack to share with a small group that takes an occasional art journaling workshop. A few are cat crazy and the other couple could love the trees. Thanks for the idea!
