One of the best I’ve seen. When we built a modular recuperation station for community cats we were able to get veterinary attention and spay/neuter for, we did something very much like this: a locking door we could open to slide out the litterbox for cleaning. It worked really well and the cat could not escape, something extremely important while s/he was recuperating.
