Felaqua Connect is part of the Sure Petcare ecosystem that works with a WiFi enabled Hub. The Hub is very easy to set up, just plug it in, connect it to your router with the included ethernet cable, and download the Sure Petcare App to your mobile device. The App will guide you through the rest of the set up to connect Felaqua Connect as well as the other WiFi enabled feeders and pet doors from Sure Petcare. You won’t mind having the Hub on your desk either because it’s so cute!

Felaqua Connect uses two C batteries, which are easy to install, and you don’t have to worry about placing it near an outlet. They also last 6 months!

I absolutely love how easy it is to fill the water tank! The whole bottom unscrews, allowing you to thoroughly clean inside. Simply place the water tank on the base and just the right amount of water flows into the shallow dish.

The cats love drinking from Felaqua Connect and I love all the data I’m getting about their drinking habits. Multiple cats can use the same bowl and each individual cat has their own profile that tracks when and how much they drink. We have two Felaqua Connect units set up, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom, so the app also tracks which bowl each cat drinks from as well as the water level in each one. The app sends an alert when water levels are low so I know when it’s time to refill.
