It’s a wall-mounted sisal scratcher combined with a rotating cat perch, allowing you to change the position of the perch so kitty can easily look out the window. I love how the perch extends in front of the window but can be tucked away as needed. Made from birch plywood and natural sisal with a comfy cushion in beige or gray.
